So Confused - Indigo-3G, MAG-10 & Plazma

#1

As a 36 years old male (5’9" 165-170lbs) just starting to workout more seriously and on a more consistent basis that wants to gain lean muscle and lose body fat, what supplements should I be taking?

I would also like a supplement to aid in recovery as I am so sore the following few days it makes it difficult to workout again the following day(s). I have been reading about Indigo-3G, Plazma, and MAG-10 but I am confused regarding their specify uses, prtotocols, and dosages.

It seems like MAG-10 is designed for recovery, but it can be taken during the workout as well and Plazma is to only be taken during the workout. Not sure I have any of that correct, so please correct me. Also, if I could only afford say Indigo-3G and either MAG-10 or Plazma, which would be best given my vague goals mentioned above? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

The optimal suggestion is really going to come down to what you’re willing to spend. You say that you’re looking to make the choice between Indigo-3G, Plazma or MAG-10, in which case i would highly advise going with Plazma for training along with Indigo-3G to really help fix those fat cells and increase nutrient uptake into the muscle.

They have some really great stacks that include either just Indigo and Plazma alone or an even greater stack that includes all three of the products you mentioned at a really great price break.

Furthermore, MAG-10 is probably one of the most versatile products that Biotest stocks, you can use it for pulsing throughout the day, upon waking, before bed, after training, the middle of the night. There are a lot of uses for it to help aid in recovery/fat-loss. And with the price of the Super Stack you would get all 3 of the items you’re interested in at a really incredible price.

However, if you do have to budget, you can’t go wrong with Indigo-3G/Plazma, that is really going to have you well covered with the MAG-10 being icing on the cake. As far as dosage, the label recs on all the items are great guides and should be followed to the T for best results.

It sounds like you’re the ideal candidate for Indigo-3G and Plazma.

Indigo-3G is a nutrient repartitioning agent, basically shuttling nutrients to the muscle and discouraging fat storage of those nutrients. When taken before training where you’re using Plazma, Indigo-3G also insures that Plazma is driven deep into the muscles.

Given the budget you outlined, the best stack for you would be 6 capsules of Indigo-3G pre-lifting and Plazma: a serving 15 minutes or so pre-training and another serving or two during the weight training session. The <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma-reactive-pump-stack"target=“new”>Plazma Reactive Pump Stack will bit the bill perfectly. Fat loss (from Indigo-3G fixing the nutrient uptake mechanisms and dysfunctional fat cells, allowing you to handle carbs better among other things), muscle gain (from Plazma and Indigo-3G) and faster recovery so you can increase training frequency and volume.

MAG-10 is our most versatile supplement, which is probably why you’ve heard about so many ways of using it. For your immediate goals, one serving about an hour after training would be perfect for muscle growth. If you’d like use that ideal protocol, the <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/packages/plazma-super-stack"target=“new”>Plazma Super Stack is the best deal. If that’s not in the budget right now, Indigo-3G and Plazma would certainly take care of your needs.

There many other ways of using <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/mag-10"target=“new”>MAG-10, but that protocol would work best for your budget. Any other questions, feel free to reply and ask them here.
