The main lifts require some single leg exercises but it doesn’t touch on (that I’ve found) if your total reps are for each leg or if you divide them per leg (ie total is 40 reps for the exercise doing reverse lunges - is that 20 per leg or 40 per leg)? It says to divide them for the Velocity Burn so I’m assuming you do the same for the weighted workouts?
Single-arm/leg exercises are generally per side unless specified otherwise (like how the V-burn says specifically).
So I’d shoot for 40 reps per leg.
Gotta love those lunges. I hate 'em because they hurt, but that’s why I love 'em, because I NEED LUNGES. Pain is just weakness leaving the body.
