Single Digits After 2 Week V-Diet/Pulse Fast

I completed a 2 week V-Diet/pulse fast combo in hopes to get the last bit of stubborn fat down to single digits, started at just under 12%, ended at 9.5%. I’m a hairy guy which makes it hard to see the definition, but I can see my abs clearly in the mirror and check the calipers regularly. Special thanks to Chris and everyone else for their support and answers to my endless questions. Here’s the program, measurements and pics.

The order is 1st measurement - 2nd measurement - 3rd measurement = week 1 losses, (week 2 losses) = total loss

Height - 5ft 4in (no change here unfortunately)
Weight - 161, 153.8, 152.8 = -8.2
Neck - 15.5 - 15 - 14.75 = -.5 (-.25) = -.75
Shoulders - 47.75 - 46.5 - 45.5= -1.25 (-1.5) = - 2.75
Chest - Upper - 39.75 - 39 - 38.75= -.75 (-.25) = -1
Chest - Lower - 37.75 - 36.75 - 36 = -1 (-.75) = -1.75
Waist - at Navel - 32.5 - 32 - 31 = -.5 (-1) = -1.5
Waist - at largest - 32.75 - 32.5 -31.5 = -.25 (-1) = -1.25
Hips - at largest - 33.5 - 33.25 - 32.75 = -.25 (-.5) = -.75
Upper Arm - L - 13 - 13.5 - 13.15= +.5 (-.35) = +.15
Upper Arm - R - 13 - 13.5 - 13.15 = +.5 (-.35) = +.15
Upper Leg - L - 22.5 - 22.75 - 23 = +.25 (+.25) = +.5
Upper Leg - R - 23 - 23.25 - 23.5 = +.25 (+.25) = +.5
Lower Leg - L - 14.5 - 14.5 - 14.25 = 0 (-.25) = -.25
Lower Leg - R - 14.5 - 14.5 - 14.25 = 0 (-.25) = -.25
Ankle - L - 8.75 - 8.6 - 8.5 = -.15 (-.1) = -.25

3rd time’s a charm, I can’t figure out how to delete photos. Since the pulse fast I’ve been on Indigo and following the hypertrophy program, 156 lbs and 7% bf.

I’d guess you’re more in the 12 - 14% range based on your 4 pack and lack of vascularity compared to the pics here: http://tnation.T-Nation.com/free_online_forum/diet_performance_nutrition_bodybuilding_velocity/estimating_body_fat

but good work nonetheless.

Nice work though - but I agree though that you’re more in the 12% range currently.

Thanks for the input guys! I must have read the numbers incorrectly, but just measured again with the calipers and came out to 9.2%, after measuring chest, abs and thigh. Also keeping in mind I do not have nearly as much muscle as the guy in Chris’s 5-7% range, so it may be possible to have 9% without the extreme definition and vascularity.
