Simple Advice Which You May Already Know


Never, ever take a multivitamin/mineral on an empty stomach unless you want to feel sick to your stomach.

I have read a couple of V-Diet related “stomach” problems. Eating the multi with your shakes will eliminate that problem if you are taking the pills alone.

Good point, Moxy. I don’t take multis myself anymore (Superfood replaces them), but multis can have that effect. Tea on an empty stomach can do the same thing for many.
