Sickness on the V-Diet?

Chris, just the other day I insulated my boss’ foundation of his house. So, I was underneath the house for a few hours. Despite wearing one of those masks, I’m fairly certain I’ve got a respiratory infection. I’m hacking up my lungs, army-camo colored phlegm, and I basically feel like death.

Anyway, I’m on my 24th day of the V-Diet. I’m quite pissed as I’ve made it this far without a single problem.

What do you think I should do? I’ve been megadosing vit C, and taking two servings of Superfood for the past three days, as well as drinking tons of water, green tea, and of course, my shakes.

Today is one of my workout days. What do you think I should do? (Cue in [quote] I think should stop being such a faggot[/quote] from Old School. Just stop being a bitch, and get it done, or just go in and do something light for the sake of moving?

The general rule is, as long as you’re not feverish, contagious, or having, er, “stomach” problems, then get in there and train.
