Should I Modify the Plan to Lose Less BF?



I want to lose 5 - 10 lb of body fat in 6 weeks, so was wondering if it would suit me to either:

  1. Do 2 weeks of the V Diet, instead of the prescribed 4?

  2. Do 4 weeks of the transition diet?

I’m 30 years old, male, 5’10", 176lb @ 12%bf; I’m fairly lean already but want to break through having a flat belly to having ab definition, etc, prior to heading off on holiday/vacation - I have 6 weeks at my disposal.

Apologies if this has been asked before (I did have a quick scan but couldnt see anything addressing this. And, I know that the hints section does say ‘stick to the diet’, but I think my claim to not wanting to lose too much weight does perhaps warrant the question of modification).



Either plan would be fine. Just don’t pay much attention to the scale numbers. It’s not about a number, but rather a look you’re after. Numbers will make you lose too much or too little.
