Just a quick question. On this plan, is it ok to have the protein shakes with almond milk instead of water? Or will that go against the plan? Starting this up today.
Nope, it’d be very against the plan. Primarily because it would add a few hundred calories to the day’s diet.
Metabolic Drive tastes awesome in just water. You can use calorie-free flavorings to change things up if necessary, and play with the amount of water to change the consistency (less water for thicker more textured shakes, more water for higher volume-but-thinner shakes)
