Chris, I have started the V-Diet and I was wondering what is the right thing to do if the shake timing happens to come in the middle of my workout (I can’t change the workout time as it revolves around my work schedule). I know I drink the Surge right after the workout but when should I drink the shake?
Correct, don’t drink a Metabolic Drive shake in the middle of the workout, just the Surge after. You may just have to change up your timing a little. Spread a couple of shakes further apart or put a couple closer together somewhere else in the day. Don’t sweat the details too much as far as timing goes. Everyone’s schedule will look a little different.
