I love this goop. All of this is mixed in a blender with 12 ice cubes. Check it out.
3 scoops chocolate Metabolic Drive
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
6 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1/4 cup pb2 (I used regular, dark chocolate would probably be good here)
2 tbsp milled flax
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2-3/4 cup vanilla almond breeze (hard to blend, you have to poke and prod it with a spatula)
Splenda to taste
If you’re feeling fruity, throw in some frozen blueberries. That would help freeze it/thicken it up. This stuff was awesome. 855 kcals, 80g protein, basically 0 carbs.
