Sex and the V-Diet

My wife just told me last night if i ever decide to do this again, I better get this part of it fixed otherwise she wants a free pass to seek out alternatives. we are down to like once or twice a week from alteast daily. Really need some advice here, the spirit is willing, but the body is just too weak (especially on workout days). Anything I can do or take to make this element of the diet better?

thanks for the reply

i have some blood tests coming up and I am not too clear on what they are looking for. Cholesterol, liver and kidney function were among the things listed. Do you happen to know if Alpha Male will skew blood tests in any way?

Only by increasing your Test levels.

High cholesterol leads to problems in the bedroom so that’s likely why the where looking into that.

training and sex have many similarities…but yes, Alpha Male would do the trick my previous suggestion might get you TOO worked up.

I think you’re the first person to mention this particular issue on the V-Diet.

You sure this is a V-Diet issue?

The V-Diet lowed my libido quite a bit, but on that note.

Tell her to suck it up or make it sexy enough that you actually want to, problem solved.

well i am nearly done with phase II (done on the 18th doing a 3 week phase II). Im gonna order a bottle of Alpha Male to get things jump started back to where they were as soon as i rap things up and go to a maintanance phase. this is more of an energy issue than anything else.

shes been a trooper giving me a lot of support. She just said next time I better get this worked out, cause she wont put up with it again. I was just hoping someone might know something I could do immediately since this has been her only major complaint and she has been so suportive.

long story short, sorry Makavali, no free passes and no trips to NZ lol.

just go get some herbal viagra pills or Alpha Male is essentially the same.

Or get her to play dress-up.

Be sure to get your sleep on too. Without enough sleep the V-Diet can wear on you.

ZMA at night + TRIBEX.

Also, I found that using a nice juicy steak for my SHM each week really put the lead back in my pencil for the next 3-4 days afterwards. My wife INSISTS I each steak if I ever do the V-Diet again.
