Several Questions Before Starting

I am seriously considering doing the V-Diet and have a few questions.

  1. Can I drink coffee (black with Stevia)on this diet? I’m concerned it may not go well with the HOT-ROX.

  2. I usually add phylium husks to my protien shakes for fiber. Would you recomend I continue to do this and can I leave out the Fiber One tablets if I do?

  3. With this being a mostly liquid diet, what can I expect my bowel movements to be like? Am I going to go through a period of diahrea or anything else I should be prepared for?

  4. I normally drink around 80-100 ounces of water a day. Should I increase/decrease this amount?

  5. I work in construction and although I am a Foreman and do not usually do the physical installations myself, I am on my feet and moving for six hours a day on average. Will this be suitable for my NEPA walks and would it be benificial to do the NEPA stuff as well?
Thats all I have for now. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

  1. You can if you handle the caffeine. HOT-ROX is already stimulatory.

  2. Leave it out. Do the diet as recommended.

  3. Most people have no issues one way or another.

  4. Drink water as you want.

  5. You can skip the NEPA walks with a physical labor job, though more NEPA never hurts.

Thanks Chris, appreciate the fast response.
