Regarding the V-Diet weight training workouts, are these just 1 set of each exercise listed following the weight/times or multiple sets in a “circuit”?

I did, my “basic” understanding is it doesn’t matter how many sets, just as long as you get the required reps in per the “reccomended” weight (medium or heavy).
Also, I see to finish all the reps per exercise before moving on to the next, so as TO NOT do a circuit.
Just seems really weird to me, I’m sure it’s great, I was just looking for someone to verify I was looking at it correctly.
That is correct. Also, be sure to follow the rest period guidelines.
