Seeking Advice to Fine Tune Fat Loss

I’m a female with 35 years of pretty serious weight training experience. I’m in great shape but seeking advice on how to fine-tune fat loss with your diet(s) and supplements. Thanks in advance!

For supplements, it depends on your needs and goals. For a straight-up fat burner, look into <a href=""target=“new”>fahrenheit.
