Se7en Questions

Hi, I have a bottle of Se7en that I had been using a while back, and cycled off. I’m currently using a stimulant thermogenic as well, and I want to cycle back in the Se7en. It says take 2 caps a day, 10-12 hours apart - does it matter if you take it with or without food? With other supplements/vitamins? Close to bedtime? Around training time? What is the most effective way to do this?

Also, I can understand the mechanism by which it assists with putting on muscle mass, but how does it help to decrease fat? Should it only be used when in a caloric deficit? And, should I still take it on a cheat meal/carb refeed day? Thanks for the help!

First, keep in mind that there is no need to cycle <a href=""target=“new”>Se7en.

  2. Probably fine, but “other supplements” is a pretty broad category.

  3. Se7en is not a stimulant so it’s okay to take it close to bedtime.

  5. It can be used in or out of a caloric deficit since it’s both a muscle gain and fat loss supplements.
