Se7en for Women?

#1

Can someone help immie the low down on Se7en for women please??

I’m going back and forth between Seven and I3G for my wife.

5’6"
around 160
Starting to get back into training and eating right after our daughter, but having a hard time doing it. I don’t know if Ig3 is too intense right off the bat, but would like something to help kick start the process

Thanks!

Indigo-3G is powerfully effective but it’s not “intense” in that you don’t feel much. Neither <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G nor <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/seven"target=“new”>Se7en are stimulants.

What is her main goal? Does she have trouble with carbs? Does she lift?

She does have trouble with carbs, but has started eating nutrisystem, if for no other reason then to help with portion control.

Her main goal is weight loss.
She having trouble getting back into everything after our daughter was born.

She’s actually a very good athlete, but could stand to drop about 30 pounds.

She only intakes 1200 calories a day (about)
Is that enough for Ig3? to work effectively?

I know you gotta take in nutrients in order to get them re-partitioned…

Hate to hear she’s on NutriSystem. Huge failure rate and it seems purposefully designed to keep her from learning anything about actual nutrition. It’s about portion controlling foods that give you cravings and trigger overeating – practically pre-planned for failure.

See my answer to your other question in the other post you made. (Please, keep your questions to one thread so we can keep up with them. No need to triple post.)

We’d suggest Indigo-3G. And here’s a carb guide: <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/strength-training-topics/1617"target=“new”>Indigo-3G Carb Guide.
