Roasted Seaweed

Hi Chris,

I bought some roasted seaweed before starting the new V-Diet and was wondering they are OK as snacks. I have no problem cutting it out completely, I just love the flavor. The ingredients (in listed order) are seaweed. corn oil, salt, sesame oil.

Nutritional info are as follow:

Serving Size - 0.17oz (5g)
Serving per container - 1

I think the answer to that is going to be “no”.

No, indeed.

Part of the power of the V-Diet is its ability break bad habits. Those who snack, even on healthy things, don’t “get over food” so to speak and go through proper food rehab. They experience fewer healthy taste and craving changes.

Not that “corn oil” is healthy to begin with.

My momentary weakness stems from the fact that I was hungry this evening. I had Meal #4 a bit early at 5PM before NEPA. By 6:30PM, I was starving. No worries - I haven’t given in to temptations.
