Long time lurker and finally taking the plunge. My roommate got me the supplies shipped and started with them today. Only real difference I am making is instead of Flameout I’ve got a bunch of CLA and fish oil left over so I’m gonna do 4 Fish Oil and 1 CLA 4 times a day. I’ve got a very active job/lifestyle so the extra 128 calories of healthy fats shouldn’t be an issue.
Starting this morning I was the following
36.75 around largest part of waist
34 around upper waist
41.5 around chest
14 around unflexed middle of arm
23 around unflexed middle of thigh
I’ll get started to the workout program on Tuesday, I just finished up the last lower body day of my current program today.
I’ll get pictures up later today as well.
Thus far 2 shakes, Superfood, fish oil and cla and some flax are down. Next shake has some peanut butter which I love so that should be cool.
All the motivation and help I can get sticking to this will be good, I’m extremely pissed off I’ve let myself get to this point but I don’t want to lose 8-9 lbs and then say well that’s good enough when it isnt.
