I was wondering what would be dosage amount for a female for Rez-V? Is there anything else you would recommend to put on more muscle?

The dosage would be the same, but if your main goal is adding muscle, there are a several better choices:

  1. Take care of workout nutrition so you’re getting the most out of your lifting workouts with <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma or <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/surge-workout-fuel"target=“new”>Surge Workout Fuel.

  2. If that’s already taken care of, look into <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G.

  3. All of the above can be used by females, but you may also want to read up on <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/seven"target=“new”>Se7en.

I’m not taking anything right now except BCAAS, Creatine and pre - workout drink. I’m planing to compete in figure next year. What stack would you recommend and how do I cycle it. Thanks!

Start with Plazma and Indigo-3G, following label directions. There is no need to cycle them. You will not need additional BCAA when using Plazma. And you may not need the pre-workout. It depends on how you define “pre-workout.” If it’s just a stimulant that’s fine. If it’s pre-workout nutrition that you’re using now, you won’t need it with Plazma since one serving is preloaded. I’d suggest one more serving during training.
