Required Calorie Intake Question


When I punched in my numbers to get my calorie calculations it came up with the workout day intake and non workout day intake. The meal plan layed out for me was approx 1910 calories when I added it up which fell in between my calorie count required for workout and non workout days(2065 calories for workout days and 1695 for non workout days). Should I adjust my protein shake intake to match those counts given to me, or just simply follow the meal plan laid out by the calculator? Thanks for the help.



As I thought about it I think I actually answered my own question. I made a mistake on my workout day calorie count (it is 2025) and when I did the math the Surge Recovery shake is what makes up the difference in calories on workout and non workout days.
