I know that 40 reps are required for each exercise on phase 1 and then 50 reps for each exercise for phase 2. How does this translate to planks? Should I hold the plank for a certain amount of time for 1 rep or 40 reps. Not quite sure. Please guide. Thanks.

Thanks Chris. I am about to order all the necessary equipment. Can’t wait to get started. I found some natural nut butter (peanut) without salt at Wegman’s nature market, if anyone is interested.
Is is ok to add a frozen banana to the morning shakes, or anyother shake during the first or second phase?
