I went through the V-Diet guidelines where i figured out my daily caloric intake. Once i begin to lose weight do i re-factor my daily caloric intake to reflect my new weight from the weight loss or stick with the original outlined caloric intake. Does this make sense ? I’ve had a few beers to go out with a bang before I hit the trenches.
Do not recalculate your numbers during the V-Diet.

This is because mate the workout gets harder to compensate
