Recalculate Weekly?


I am about to start the V-diet and just had one simple quick question.

You are on the diet for 4 weeks loosing about 5 lbs a week, so should I re calculate my calorie and protein intake each week?


No need to recalculate as the diet progresses. Calories are on the low side already. Lower them too much and you might slow the metabolism or risk muscle loss.
