Realistic Expectations


I have been lifting for many years now, and am looking to fine tune the diet and work out. I would like to lean out and add some size.
Current Measurements;
Weight: 191
Height 5’10"
Chest: 46
Waist: 38
Upper Arms: 16 1/2"
Legs: 24

My concern would be losing some of my size based on the diet and program. What can I realistically expect?


If you do the diet as directed, you will not lose muscle size and you will lose body fat.
