Ran Out of Superfood



I’m 2 1/2 days from the end of week #4 and I’ve somehow run out of Superfood. Any recommendations since even getting it over-nighted would probably make me miss a couple shakes that require it? Thanks.


It’s okay to skip a few days. Superfood was added to the V-Diet so you won’t miss any of the goodness from berries, fruits, veggies, etc. but the lack of it for a few days won’t mess up fat loss or anything.


I think you’ll survive.
