Actually 2 quick questions.
1 - How do you suggest it is best to divide the supps? Buy lots of baggies and prepare for a week ahead? I read Dan John’s article but thought you might have further advice.
2 - How does the protein mix up with just water in a normal shaker? Is it palatable? Reason I ask is that I will not have 24/7 access to a blender.
