Questions Before Starting V-Diet


Hi Chris,

Thanks for the great diet! I just ordered all my supplements today–can’t wait to get started! I did have a couple questions:

  1. Any problems with drinking a few servings of BCAA+creatine throughout the day and during cardio to stave off muscle loss? I have some ICE BCAA now and when that runs out i’m going to give the Biotest one a try.

  2. I’ve been training using Wendlers 5-3-1 system 3 days a week for about a year with really great gains. I only hit 3-4 exercises 3 times a week. Would it be okay to stick with that and add the cardio and add the v-burn challenge on a 4th day?

  1. No need. The plan has you well-covered. And there is no cardio on the V-Diet.

  2. For best fat loss results, use the provided V-Diet plan.
