I am planning on doing the diet fairly soon and am trying to mix it in to my daily life routine. My biggest concern is that I also dance several days out of the week for about 2-3 hours a day… I can position these so that they are on the non-workout days (what would be Tuesday and Thursday), but I am not sure how it would affect results. I would considerate a moderate workout, as we get some breaks in between while learning the routines, if that helps.
That should be fine. You can skip the NEPA walks on those days of course. No worries!
