You only use Surge after lifting weights, so not on v-burn days.
I believe the serving on most containers of peanut butter is 2 table-spoons. Make sure it’s natural peanut butter that you have to mix. Salt and peanuts should be the ingredients.
[Thanks, well i started the first 2 days with peanut butter, it was sugar free, but had some oil in it, unfortunately in my area PB isn’t that popular, but yesterday I finally managed to get the natural kind, solely salt and peanuts]
