Question on Cardio

My normal work outs are Mon - Wed - Fri… I will fallow the program of the V-Diet with no exceptions, but this brings me to my question. For my cardio before workout as more of a warm up I will enter about 15 mins of walking on treadmill at speed 4. After workouts I do about an 1 hour long eliptical. Should I continue with the hour long after or move that to, Tues - Thurs - Sat??? Or just get rid of if??

You should follow the V-Diet training plan. Which does not contain any traditional cardio.
