Hey, new here. Starting out on diet and have a question regarding the training. It says to do reps as possible. Here in lies my problem. I have multiple partial tears of the rotator cuff, along with several other overuse injuries in my left shoulder. My doc had agreed with more slow and controlled eccentric training. Is this going to work for this diet, or should I attempt the explosive work, and maybe adjust the exercises to accommodate the injury? Thanks in advance.
