I was plugging my stats and my fiances stats into the calculator.
I have around 40 lbs LBM more than her.
Yet, it shows I need only 100 calories more per day and around 20g protein. Seems like a rather small discrepancy.
EDIT- Chris, I’ve had my RMR tested using a MedGem (extremely eaccurate), back when I was 40 lbs lighter and it was 2,220 cals. This is among the highest per lb/bw of over 100 people I’ve tested and actually the 2nd highest overall. Would you advise taking this into account with the V-Diet and my calories? It takes me around 4200-4500 cals/day just to gain 1 lb/wk.
