Is the dosage described in the link above relevant for a guy like me? 50 y/o, 279 lbs, 6’2 with high bf?

Is this similar to the V-Diet but with Mag-10 only? With all the issues I have being pre-diabetic, I thought I would try this

Kinda-sorta-almost. The Mag-10 pulse idea is “just” two pulses throughout the day, plus workout nutrition and the whole food feast. The V-Diet is four shakes a day, plus workout nutrition and the daily healthy solid meal.

But the underlying concept of “high-quality protein drinks during the day, fuel your workouts, and eat smart at night” is the same.
