i understand the rebound, ive read the article. i looked through the article again and it didnt say anything about carbs. maybe i missed something.
should i go over 100g of carbs the day after?
maybe in the form of additional workout fuel during the lift? (im only using 1 scoop right now)
a lot of low carb diets have a carb up every once in a while, i havnt had more than 125g of carbs in any day for the past 7 weeks. would pulse fasting then having a carb up day with a big workout be a good idea?
