Pulse Fast vs. Fasted Cardio



Which do you feel would be better for fat loss?

Thirty days of fasted cardio using MAG-10 or a 1/week for four weeks Pulse Fast using only MAG-10

Basically, I can’t afford a lot of MAG-10 right now, so I want to get the most out of what I do buy.



I’d give the edge to every-day fasted cardio with MAG-10.

The Pulse Fast can of course lead to fat loss (though that’s not actually the cool part about it) but much would depend on other variables. Every-day fasted cardio + the muscle-protective benefits of MAG-10 would probably have the edge. Plus that’s 30 extra workouts! Pretty powerful stuff.
