Pulse Fast Timing Question

Chris I’m getting my Pulse Fast today! I perform non-competing supersets for a whole body workout 3 times a week with NEPA on “off” days. Based on what I’ve read would it be best for me to perform the Pulse on the “off” day and then get the workout in on the anabolic rebound?

It seemed that there was some conflicting info regarding that in the posts.

I personally prefer to do a Pulse Fast on an “off” day, but if using Anaconda and training early in the day, then you can have success lifting on fast day. Thibaudeau’s Neural Charge workouts, however, are ideal.
