May I have the links which explain how Pulse Fast and Pulse Feast work?
Both programs will likely be rewritten since the formulas of the main supplements used have been improved recently. Stay tuned.
But in short, a Pulse Fast is where you “pulse” with Mag-10 for one full waking day i.e. having no solid food, just Mag-10, once every 2-3 hours or so. Most people would get about 6 pulses in per day. This is great for an off day from the gym.
The Pulse Feast is about the same but you have a solid meal at night.
