Is pulled chicken just chicken cooked in a Crock Pot/slow cooker? Does anybody have a recipe? By the way, I’m referring to the super expensive pre packaged Jack Daniel’s or Trader Joe’s kind - pulled pork, pulled chicken, etc…Thanks
Pulled just means you insert a fork and shred it. A slow cooker does work well for this, though – moist and tender.
Pulled mean it has been removed from the bone via pulling.
Eg: a pulled pork sandwich is just pork pulled straight from the bone. Doesn’t matter the cooked method. It’s a preparation method.
