Psyllium Husks


Probably a dumb question since the guidelines specifically says to use only the recommended supplements. but…

I have been taking Psyllium husks for a couple years now with my afternoon protein shakes. So for the V-diet should I switch to the recommended flax seed/fiber supplements or will I be ok with the husks?

Or, how about flax seed and husks just no extra fiber wafers?
