Protein Crepes

Fairly simple protein crepe recipe:

1/2 cup egg whites
1 scoop of protein ( Metabolic Drive Vanilla would be a great choice )
1-3 TBSP of water added if needed.

Preheat non-stick skillet to medium

Add the egg whites to a bowl, throw the scoop of protein in, start mixing with a whisk while adding a drizzle of water. Whisk about 1-2 minutes.

Lightly fat or spray the skillet
Ladle a bit of crepe batter into the skillet and spread out thin
When cooked mostly through, flip and let cook another 15-30s

Now you can either roll it or fold it and eat it as is OR you can add filling then roll/fold.

This is around 35 grams of protein, 4-5 g of carbs and 1-2g of fat as is.

Filling ideas:
Fruits
Cream Cheese
Nut Butter
Sugar Free Jams

Topping ideas:
Sprinkle with PB2,cinnamon/nutmeg
Use a sugar free syrup
Whipped cream
