I’m a fitness trainer for last the 13 years. I had some injuries and have recovered now. But I’m trying to start my workout again so I was wondering which supplement should I take for muscle contraction. I was thinking should I go with (Power Drive) or (Micro PA). I wanna increase my lean muscle mass and lose some fat. I’m in a beginner stage of muscle building so please can someone suggest me the right one please, thank you.
