I just wanted to get any thoughts or recommendations on what nutrition/weight lifting routine I can go on to from here after finishing the V-Diet? My main goal is to cut more fat (down to 8%, Im 14% now), and to gain lean muscle, not looking to get big and bulky. Thanks for the help
lean muscle? I’ve always preferred the bulky kind that you get if you eat lots of carbs… to each his own i guess.
