Would you still OR could you take pre-work while using the Plazma?
It’d really depend on the ingredients of the pre-workout formula you’re looking at. In general, it’s not advised because Plazma was specifically designed to do its job a certain way (the ingredients, doses, even the suggested water amount), and throwing off the balance would impact its effectiveness.
The only things that would be totally fine to add are plain creatine monohydrate and/or some kind of caffeine. Anything else would be iffy, at best.
