Pre Work Out Carb Source

Hi Chris,

I know your not a fan of long distance cardio, but for a few months now I’ve been eating a box of raisins before my 40km bike ride(and before my weight lifting sessions). I know your not a fan of fructose, so I was wondering what you would suggest to replace the raisans. I would prefer something in food form and I don’t like overly sweet things.

My goals at the moment is to increase endurance/ stamina while maintaining my strength, although I am expecting to lose weight while I go through this process.


Finibar about 45 minutes beforehand is the best solid food I can think of.
