Pre + Plazma?

Is it advisable to simply stick with Plazma as prescribed or is it “ok” to throw a pre-workout in there a bit earlier?

It depends on how you define “pre-workout.” The pre-load serving of Plazma is pre-workout nutrition. However, most people define “preworkout” as a stimulant.

For those, using anything that contains calories, carbs, other ingredients, etc. could interfere with the formula of Plazma. If you have to use a stimulant, just use a pure one – caffeine, Spike etc.
