Would you advise stacking Power Drive and Surge pre workout shakes 30 mins and 15 mins prior to a workout? The Surge has done amazing things for my stamina and recovery during my high density style workouts but I’m curious if an increase in strength due to a Power Drive shake would be acceptable for my body. Would you recommend using both pre workout shakes at the same time or should i cycle them individually? Please share any knowledge you have on this subject and thank you for your time!
