I have posted several times last week, but they are not showing up on the diet log. any thoughts?
I did GREAT the first week. lost 6.5 pounds. But, i am struggling this week like heck. I am not hungry, but my head hunger is intense. I want food. I am resisting. I’d love some words of encouragement, or some links to your inspirational writings. I’ve read on the diet logs how folks have read through pages and pages of stuff you’ve written. how do they get to that?
