Post-Workout Mag-10 Question

I just started the V-Diet today and I am currently doing my crossfit training instead of the prescribed workouts. My question, is there anything wrong with taking a serving of Mag-10 post workout or is it not necessary?

Plazma would be better during any session where you weight train, so you can fuel the session and keep the overall plan on track. But no, there’s nothing wrong following that up with a pulse of Mag-10 after lifting.
