I am just finishing up the transition Phase of the V-diet, and I am wondering about nutrition and supplements.
My goal is to keep losing fat as I build muscle. I have read a lot about Carb Cycling and I am going to give it a try.
I am a female, 34 years old, 5’9", and 146 lbs. When I was on the V-Diet I was taking in 1,380 calories on non workout days, and 1,710 on workout days. Should I stay with this same caloric intake? When I started the V-diet I did not have all that much to lose, but I lost 8 lbs, and I still want to lose a bit more fat, but I want to build muscle as well.
Also, I was wondering what supplements I should use that could help me build muscle while still losing fat. I know that it will have to be some trial and error on my part, but I would like to know what you would recommend.
