After this diet I was wondering what some people did as far as training. The nutrition part is clear to me. My personal goals are to stay lean for at least 1-2 years before starting to really go into mass mode, to get my body fat point to set. I would also like to try a split as I have been doing full body for awhile. What have people been doing after the transition as far as weights and cardio goes? I read an earlier post saying to incorporate HIIT 2-3 times per week after the transition. That’s all I got so far though. I don’t need something spelled out I would just like to know what people have been doing. Thanks.
