Post Training MAG-10

Hey Chris and All,

This is not a question per se, just an observation. I just read Mike Roussell’s protein pulsing article, and in the comments section, he suggests that having 2 serving of MAG-10 post training might have better benefits. I’ve always had one serving, and I am going up the dose from here on.

Anyone else here care to share how they break up their pulsing during the day?

I use one myself, but I have Plazma pre and during as well. Now, Tim Patterson often recommends a serving of Mag-10 after the workout, THEN another pulse an hour after that. Hard to go wrong with any of those methods.

I have FINiBAR pre, SWF intra, and MAG-10 post. Since I am not on Plasma, I am going to play around with increased MAG-10 post.

And I freakin’ love MAG-10.
